The weather is amazing, making the transition from the hot room to your car a lot more bearable! This Thursday it’s Valentines Day – Bikram classes makes for a great hot date!
Don’t forget that Family Day is coming up and what better way to start your day off than a yoga class with the the family. We have a holiday schedule running that day, we’ll have only the 9:15AM and 11:15AM classes running.
