Join us for a 40 day meditation lead by Susan Agrios. We start together on November 23rd when Susan will teach a special class with a healing meditation that she herself learned in India resulting in a profoundly deep experience. She will challenge you to do this meditation for 11 minutes a day for 40 days. Begin Day One of the meditation together on November 23rd and continue on your own until January 1st, 2015!
NEW FOR NOVEMBER – Starting Monday November 3rd we now have a seventy five minute Yin Yoga class at 4:15PM and a one hour Flow class at 6:15PM. Join us tonight for these new classes or get sweaty with Bikram Yoga at 9:15, 11:15, 3:15, 5:15 or 7:15.
Also new on Wednesdays in November we are adding a 4:15PM Bikram Yoga class.

The Thanksgiving holiday is almost here! We are beyond thankful and grateful to all our yogis who have shared their time and practice with us over the last two and a half years. You make our studio great!
For this upcoming Thanksgiving day holiday we are running the following modified class schedule:
- Saturday October 11th – regularly scheduled classes
- Sunday October 12th – 9:15, 11:15, 11:30 YIN, 1:15
- Monday October 13th – 9:15, 11:15 and 5:15
We are also excited to be adding a 5:15PM class on Fridays starting October 10th! End the week with a rejuvenating class.
