We are thrilled to announce that we are offering TWO new Yin classes on Fridays, at 11:30AM and 7:15 PM.
These 75 minutes classes are done in a room temperature studio to allow for the long held postures to stretch deeply and access the connective tissue in the body. Focus for yin in primarily on the hamstrings, hips and low back – so if these areas are tight this is a great class for you. Take some time in stillness to help heal the body and mind – put the busy world on on pause and tap into some bliss. This is a perfect way to either end your week or start your weekend.

Join us for a 40 day meditation lead by Susan Agrios. We start together on November 23rd when Susan will teach a special class with a healing meditation that she herself learned in India resulting in a profoundly deep experience. She will challenge you to do this meditation for 11 minutes a day for 40 days. Begin Day One of the meditation together on November 23rd and continue on your own until January 1st, 2015!
Bikram Yoga East Edmonton is excited for our second annual yogathon raising funds for the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. With only a few spots left we are nearly full! Remember all passes and classes are on hold Sunday November 2nd while we stretch for the Stollery.
