Build your karma with us on August 14th with a Habitat for Humanity house build. The Bikram Yoga East Edmonton family will be building a house loaded with good karma from 830-4 on August 14th. Sign up at the front desk, bring your friends and family and make a difference in the lives of some local families. Yogis we are excited to offer a kids yoga class on Thursdays starting July 2nd. Join us at 11:15 for your Bikram class and your child can take our room temperature kids class. The 75 minute class is geared for kids ages 5-12, please send them with a snack to have post class while you finish your Bikram practice. Parents must be on site for kids to attend class. $12 for a drop in class, $9 drop in for members, $25 combo pass for parent drop in and child drop in. Yogis we are 6 days into our spring challenge and the yogis are doing great! A regular practice this time of year helps to balance all the extra outdoor activities we do. Last longer on running trails, the playing fields, biking, swimming, golfing, on the courts or wherever the warm weather takes you outdoors. It’s important to remember with the change of season combined with a regular practice that you are replenishing your electrolytes. We tend to sweat a bit more overall in the warmer months so you need to ensure your hydration is up to par. We have a number of electrolytes at the studio and are happy to discuss options that might work for you.
