It’s a Heatwave! - Posted on by

If anyone knows how to stay cool in the heat it’s a Bikram Yogi!  Come in to practice a yoga class and you’ll find the heat more bearable outside of the room.  Be sure to stay on top of your hydration and adjust it – you might need a bit more with the heat.

Hello Friends

We are hoping you are enjoying your summer and finding your way to the studio to stay fit and flexible in the warmer months.

We asked you on our survey what new classes you want to see added and we listened to what you said!  We are happy to now offer Saturday and Sunday 1 PM classes.  Now on weekends you have three classes each day to choose from on the weekends – 9AM, 11AM and 1PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
